The Karate Club Ishin Gipf-Oberfrick was founded in 1984. In recent years, the club has grown steadily. Today there are over 40 karatekas who train regularly twice a week. Since June 2022, Benjam Pfister has presided over the karate club as club president. We strive to maintain, preserve and promote the high art of Karate-Do. The three elements, Kihon, Kumite and Kata, of classical Karate are all given equal importance. Youth development is carried out according to the guidelines of Jugend und Sport (J+S) by trained coaches.
